+===== Capture card is all black =====
+Most probably it is a HDCP problem. Check if the "HDCP Authorized" checkmark is disabled. If not, then you have found a new problem.
+Another reason might be that the Output Format is set to AUTO, which does not work if the capture card is not used in between two devices but rather as a standalone capture card (when the output of the capture card is not connected)
+Also check that the refresh rate matches the deployed config, which typically is 25 Hz
